Recruitment Manager

You will be responsible for implementing new sourcing methods such as social recruiting and Boolean searches. You will also update current recruiting procedures and design new ones. Additionally, you will review recruitment software to suggest the best options for the company's needs. It will be your duty to research and choose job advertising options, advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, and recommend ways to enhance the employer brand. Furthermore, you will coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and stay up-to-date on labor legislation to inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations. You will also participate in job fairs and career events to build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners. You will supervise the recruiting team, report on its performance, and keep track of recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases - Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation - Familiarity with social media and other professional networks like GitHub - Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills - Strong decision-making skills Please note that this is a full-time job with a day shift from Monday to Friday and rotational shifts.
