As a Delivery Recruitment Manager for Contract Staffing in the Domestic market, your role will involve conceptualizing and implementing recruitment strategies with your team to achieve monthly targets and improve service delivery. It will be essential to ensure that team members follow SOPs for individual KRAs, drive overall team productivity, and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting. You should be comfortable leading technical discussions with hiring panels and proposing effective recruitment solutions. Additionally, having strong process orientation and ensuring 100% tool usage by the team will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include being accountable for the average Gross Margin generated per closure, coordinating with the Business Development team to understand client job profiles, and driving recruitment strategies within agreed deadlines and SLAs.
