Job Description

Key responsibilities Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.  Team management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters and sourcers.  Sourcing and screening: Identify and source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background and reference checks.  Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.  Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.  Offer and onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries and benefits, and assist with the onboarding of new employees.  Process improvement: Analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.  Compliance and reporting: Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
