## Job Title: US Accountant ## Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled US Accountant to lead our accounting team and provide high-quality accounting services to our clients. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, structured interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Hiring Process Management: Facilitate all hiring documentation, including offer letters, background checks, and reference checks, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding. Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports to management to inform workforce planning. II.
