Recruitment Manager

Your role at Derewala Industries Ltd. will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in line with business objectives. - Forecast hiring needs and establish proactive talent pipelines. - Manage employer branding efforts to attract top talent. - Oversee the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. - Utilize various hiring channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Create and maintain a talent pool for critical positions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate with department heads to grasp hiring needs and job requirements. - Work closely with HR Business Partners for workforce planning and internal mobility. - Implement best recruitment practices for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process. - Analyze hiring trends and prepare reports for management review. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. - Strong sourcing and networking skills. - Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Leadership and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
