Role Description

The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and play an integral role in building a robust team aligned with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Management
• Skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication, with a focus on maintaining positive candidate and team interactions
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing strategies, and workforce planning
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in managing recruitment for international operations is a plus
