Job Description

  • Position Purpose The person is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of recruiters dedicated to hiring for the non-IT sectors. This includes complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle - from understanding client requirements to ensuring seamless candidate onboarding and performance during the guarantee period.
  • This role requires deep domain knowledge, strong delivery management skills, and the ability to mentor a team while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ultimately, the manager will manage our recruitment process to ensure we shortlist and provide qualified candidates to meet our clients current and future needs. The approach will be data-driven and all the strategies and measures will be taken based on insights from data collected and analyzed.
  • Supervisory and Guidance responsibilities - This position may guide and supervise from 01 to a maximum of 10 recruiters.

GeneralResponsibilities

  • Improve the revenue performance of the team by driving closures and exceeding targets.
  • Recommend and implement ways to improve the teams efficiency and work environment.
  • Mentor and upskill team members to grow professionally and personally, with a focus on engineering domain expertise.
  • Be the first point of contact for escalations, client issues, or technical challenges faced by team members.
  • Set expectations on day one for new joiners regarding performance metrics and behavioral norms.
  • Regularly implement new and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate with internal hiring team for backfills and resource planning.
  • Handle client anchoring and ensure effective end-to-end recruitment delivery.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Guide and mentor recruiters on daily sourcing strategies.
  • Manageyourownrecruitmentportfolioforsenior,leadership requirements.
  • Ensure the team uses the most effective sourcing methods for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Review and quality-check profiles before submission to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews based on key recruitment metrics:
  • Calls made
  • Profile submissions (from ATS)
  • Revenue (Offer and Joining data from finance)
    1. Take complete ownership of the teams revenue portfolio, and drive each recruiter to meet or exceed revenue targets based on their level.

    Requirements

    • At least 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading a team in non-IT hiring.
    • Any graduate. (Preferably Science/Engineering)
    • Proven ability to manage mid-to-senior level hiring across Non IT sectors (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and General Management.)
    • Strong understanding of sourcing, client handling, and candidate engagement.
    • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems and MS Excel for tracking performance and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-driven mindset.
