Job Description:- The Account Manager plays a central role in managing strategic client partnerships across the UK and Europe, leading a recruitment delivery team, and ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of all assigned vacancies. This position blends client-facing account management, team leadership, and full delivery oversight for recruitment projects. Key Responsibilities:- Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for designated UK/EU clients, developing strong and lasting relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Hold regular review calls/meetings to assess open vacancies, pipeline progress, challenges, and market trends. Understand clients’ hiring plans, skill needs, and SLAs, and translate them into clear delivery requirements for the team. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/resourcers, setting targets, assigning requisitions, and reviewing daily and weekly performance. Provide direction on sourcing strategies, screening criteria, and client expectations, ensuring consistent quality of work across the team. Conduct one-to-one sessions, performance reviews, and training initiatives to develop capability and drive motivation. Delivery & Process Ownership Own end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts, from role briefing through to offer stage and onboarding. Ensure all requisitions are managed within agreed timelines and SLAs, supported by accurate ATS/CRM tracking of pipelines, submissions, interviews, and offers. Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly (e.g., low candidate flow, feedback delays, offer negotiation challenges) and collaborate with internal teams where necessary. Review hiring data and produce regular reports on KPIs such as fill rate, time-to-hire, and source mix, recommending actions for improvement. Commercial & Account Growth Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional roles, new skill segments, or broader UK/EU coverage. Support commercial conversations including pricing, renewal of agreements, and ensuring contract compliance aligned with company policies.
