Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our staffing needs. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, combined with your legal and HR knowledge, will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably including recruiting lawyers within agencies or BPO/LPO environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • MBA in HR & a bachelors degree in law or a related field is preferred.
