As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will involve establishing forecasts and determining current staffing needs. You will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, as well as leading employment branding initiatives. Your duties will include performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipating future needs. Additionally, you will plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes such as interviews and screening calls. It is important for you to take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience and assist in employee retention and development. You will also be supervising recruiting personnel and organizing or attending career fairs, assessment centres, or other events. Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement will also be part of your responsibilities.
