- Review documents in accordance with project protocols - Identify and extract personal information within electronically stored documents using policies/conditions governed under certain laws Example includes:
• Personal Identifiable Information (PII) • Personal Health Information (PHI)
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and client information
- Prepare accuracy and productivity reports, and perform validation checks
- Foster teamwork and manage project coordination for Manual Extraction assignments and Manual Extraction Tracker.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Data Breach/ Incident Response - Experience working with a Manual Extraction team - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and text formatting tools for names, addresses, Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Dates of Birth (DOBs). - Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and willingness to complete a skill assessment. - Detail-oriented, with outstanding critical thinking skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Flexible to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends if required.
