Full Time
- Oversee compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Listing Agreement, and BRSR requirements
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of statutory records, minutes, and documents
- Coordinate and liaise with Stock Exchanges, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities
- Handle and resolve shareholder queries and grievances
- Assist in preparation and oversee distribution of Board and Committee meeting agendas, notes, and minutes
- Ensure timely filing of regulatory reports and returns
- Prepare, review, and oversee submission of the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR)
- Oversee identification, disclosure, and approval of Related Party Transactions (RPT)
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective compliance processes and controls
- Provide secretarial support and guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions, if any
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on corporate governance matters
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and audit, to ensure compliance and risk management
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, and oversee implementation of changes
Should Have Experience in Listed Companies With CS Qualification.
