Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to utilize a range of tools, including Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python, to analyze and interpret complex data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

advanced Microsoft Excel skills

1. Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Develop and maintain data queries and reports using SQL (preferred).
3. Automate data processing tasks using Python scripting where applicable(advantageous).
4. Organize and maintain project-related data and documentation effectively.
5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating them as needed.
6. Assist in optimizing internal processes and workflows.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives.
8. Potentially support the administration and use of eDiscovery platforms like Relativity (a plus).

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

1. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for efficient manual data extraction.
3. Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Clear and concise communication skills for presenting technical findings.
