Be the bridge between store teams, area management, and the founding team. Education and Experience 1–2 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or hospitality operations. Alienkind is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Associate Kitchen Operations to oversee and elevate operational standards across all existing stores in Bengaluru and future stores as the brand grows. The Training Associate will ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, smooth functioning of kitchen workflows, and effective staff performance across multiple outlets. The role includes reviewing customer feedback, conducting audits, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. A degree in Hotel Management is must and we prefer previous work experience in any QSR Chain.
