What you’ll do

• Work alongside Area and Store Managers to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Track performance, SOP adherence, and staff efficiency across multiple outlets.
• Identify recurring operational issues and help design systems for consistency.
• Support processes related to supply chain, audits, and performance tracking.
• Be the bridge between store teams, area management, and the founding team.

Education and Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or hospitality operations.
• Freshers may apply if you’ve got strong passion and a fast-learning mindset.
• Hospitality graduate (preferred) or someone genuinely driven by the food industry.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse teams.
• Strong communicator, quick problem-solver, and obsessed with improvement.
