💼 The Role: Operations Trainee (Build the Backbone)

This isn’t a support role. You’ll be in the thick of it —

– Streamlining backend ops across our healthtech platform.

– Creating & automating SOPs, dashboards, trackers.

– Coordinating with internal teams to solve problems daily.

– Building scalable systems that actually work.
