Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder (HR Services) at SBS - Specular Business Services. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating employee training and development, and enhancing organizational culture. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives, conducting market research, and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
