Location- Sitapura, Jaipur Working days- Mon- Sat Salary Offered- 35K- 40K CTC Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Investigate product issues and perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram, etc. Coordinate with the production team to ensure consistent quality output. Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and inspection records. Perform audits on processes and suggest improvements where necessary. Ensure compliance with ISO, internal, and client-specific quality standards. Calibrate and maintain measuring and testing equipment. Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and KPIs. Train production staff on quality awareness and inspection procedures. Handle customer complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions. Key Skills & Competencies: 4- 6 years experience in QC/QA in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of quality tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA). Familiarity with ISO 9001 or relevant standards. Proficiency in MS Office Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Show more Show less
