Job Opportunity: Senior Coordinator/Project Manager/Operations Manager Education: Mtech or Btech in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 3 – 5 years Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Create and develop client relationships daily by telephone, email, and regular face-to-face visits. This includes responsibility for meeting or exceeding client expectations wherever possible. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate proposals and technical discussions to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up on inquiries, customer clarifications and complaints as outlined in company procedures or as directed by the VIM. Responsible for maintaining monthly statistics on all coordinators in the team and monitor their performance, implementing training where applicable. Responsible for verifying that all coordinators are always prioritizing all aspects of their work, and continually focus on improving the efficiency of the coordination team activity. Responsible for ensuring that trainee coordinators receive full support, training, and guidance from the onset. Responsible for ensuring that all field inspector reports are fully reviewed and formatted by all coordinators prior to submission in a non-editable format to the client. Assess potential field inspectors/expeditors and complete the formal recruitment process and monitor on-going performance, conducting audits and inductions, as necessary. Responsible for ensuring that no delays in coordination are experienced due to absence of coordinators, through re-allocation of work. Conduct in-house audits, and issue internal NCRs where applicable, based on a full understanding of the company quality system. These internal audits are over and above those completed by the country management representative (quality manager) who completes the formal internal audits for the purposes of ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17020. Requirements: The senior coordinator shall have been in an engineering environment for a period of five years, with at least three of those years related to inspection and quality assurance in a management or senior operations capacity. The senior coordinator shall have received relevant training in applicable inspection techniques and the management of quality systems. The senior coordinator must have a strong practical appreciation of and have a good understanding of the requirements of ISO/IEC 9001, ISO/IEC 17020 and relevant codes of practice relating to the engineering industry. The senior coordinator must have at least six months experience of coordinating in accordance with this procedure and coordination activity using AMIS. The senior coordinator must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and internet based packages. This includes strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

He/she should preferably have a degree, HND or equivalent. The Technical Coordinator shall have relevant knowledge of the technology used for manufacture and the defects that may occur during use or service of the products to be inspected, and be familiar with inspection methods, codes, standards and procedures. He/she should understand the significance of deviations of any product. The Technical Coordinator shall be able to read and interpret technical drawings and quality control plans necessary for each equipment type. He/she shall have an appreciation of NDT methods and procedures.
