Qualification : Dip / B. E / B Tech Mechanical

Location : Malur (Kolar District) 25 Km from Bangalore

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Job Description :

Polywords Software & Portable Arms : Operate for 3D measurement and inspection.
VMM Rapid-I : Use Video Measuring Machine for precise dimensional checks.
CMM Programming & Operation : Program and operate CMMs to measure complex parts.
Calibration & Accuracy : Perform CMM calibration and verify equipment accuracy.
Non-Conformity Reporting : Detect and document any measurement discrepancies.
Product Inspection : Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products for quality.
Precision Tools : Use micrometres, calipers, height gauges, etc., for measurements.
Root Cause & CAPA : Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Team Collaboration : Work with production and engineering for accurate measurements.
Attention to Detail : Identify even small deviations from specifications.
Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve measurement-related issues.
Communication : Maintain clear verbal and written communication.
