As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing in-house team that aligns with our mission and vision.

About the Role

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments at Y-Axis. This role involves strategic planning, team collaboration, and leveraging technology to optimize hiring processes and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
  • Forecast recruitment trends and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure high-quality candidates are hired within agreed timelines.

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft customized recruitment plans.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

Leveraging Smart Recruitment Technology:

  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools, AI-powered sourcing platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Darwinbox) to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Implement smart tech solutions for resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend innovations to optimize the hiring process.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance Y-Axis’s employer brand by creating engaging job advertisements and managing candidate experiences.
  • Represent Y-Axis at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms.

Data-Driven Hiring:

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to optimize the hiring process.
  • Present recruitment reports and insights to the leadership team for decision-making.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative practices to attract top talent.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to upskill the recruitment team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in in-house recruitment is a must; exposure to international hiring is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with using data analytics tools to track and improve recruitment metrics.
  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and analytics.
  • Expertise in negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Finalized candidates will be receive an offer letter detailing the next steps.
