About You
- To resolve the day to day operational issues and to support the end users of REC, Vendor will deploy at least One (1) number of resident manpower at REC site to manage 24X7 helpdesk support including Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. The manpower shall include 1 person in General Shift (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) from Monday to Friday. If required/necessary, L1 or L2 Engineer should be available on 24x7 basis including Saturday, Sunday and public holiday at no extra cost to REC.
- Onsite L2 Engineer-Helpdesk shall be responsible for handling user logged complaints/incidents, respond to user and to resolve the issues.
- The Resources should be Certified for M365 Advanced. The Resources should have prior experience of managing M365 deployment for a minimum of 5 years. The bidder should deploy bidder’s on-roll full-time/regular manpower and provide the CV of such resource should be certified by Bidder’s HR along with the bid.
Project Manager
Role Description
Noventiq is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end project execution of a complex cloud enablement / innovation deployment services. The project team would typically consist of Noventiq local (in country) Solution Sales, Solution Architects & Delivery Engineer, Customer stakeholders and relevant technical staff as well as Noventiq Global Delivery Centre engineers. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing corporate, customer and third-party vendors efforts to plan, budget & expected quality.In this role you based out of GDC, Noida and directly reporting to the Delivery function and will lead initiatives at the heart of Noventiq’s service’s growth strategy. You will be expected to collaborate and influence the whole project team to solve complex problems to ensure Noventiq meets its commitment to the customer in a profitable manner.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management (from Kick-off to Sign-off) of multiple Microsoft Azure Cloud Enablement and Innovation projects, including migrations and value-add services.
- Understand, clarify, and effectively communicate project vision, objectives, and success criteria to stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain key project documents such as project plans, RAID logs, kickoff decks, and weekly status reports (WSRs).
- Manage and track project scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing conversations related to expectation setting, execution, risks, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the project value chain—including regional/in-country management, sales, solution architects, engineers, OEM consultants, and customer IT stakeholders—to design and execute delivery plans.
- Drive a customer-centric approach with strong multitasking skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and the capability to navigate complex processes to achieve project outcomes on time, within budget, and at high quality.
- Lead discussions and communicate regularly with senior leadership (internal, vendors, and customer teams), translating technical details into business insights to enable informed decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex cloud migration and innovation projects.
- Recognized professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agile (mandatory).
- Azure Cloud certification (good to have).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound technical comprehension.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global virtual teams, multiple time zones, and diverse cultures.
- Expertise in conflict management, proactive issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to manage divergent expectations and build consensus.
- Ability to directly manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
- Fluent in International English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for delivering quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives
