Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution of Railway projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and site teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with Top Management and prepare periodic project status reports and presentations.
• Facilitate review meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure closure.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, schedules, and technical presentations.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support in tender preparation, bid documentation, and technical submissions.
• Liaise with Railway officials, vendors, consultants, and clients for project approvals and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards as per Railway and company requirements.
• Assist in cost control, resource allocation, and contract management activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to Railway signalling and electrical systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Willingness to travel to project sites / Railway locations as required.
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to project timelines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E ECE)
• MBA (preferably in Project Management / Operations / General Management)

Experience:

• 15 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination / Project Management within the Railway or Infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional project teams & Top Management, government bodies, contractors.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal & written)
• Kannada language proficiency preferred
