About You Onsite Engineer-Helpdesk shall be responsible for handling user logged complaints/incidents, respond to user and to resolve the issues. The Resources should be Certified for M365 Advanced. The Resources should have prior experience of managing M365 deployment for a minimum of 5 years. The bidder should deploy bidder’s on-roll full-time/regular manpower and provide the CV of such resource should be certified by Bidder’s HR along with the bid What You ‘ll Do Standard incident support for M365 including E5 Security, Email, Copilot, Active Directory (Local & Azure), SSO, EMS, MS Teams, etc. Understanding of M365 features and services including E5 Security, Email, Copilot, etc. Managing Day to day operations and support. Assess and advise changes on REC Limited's M365 infrastructure. Help REC to follow the M365 best practices. Understanding and Hands-on over the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and E5-Security Service & Co-Pilot Understanding of Windows 11 Enterprise support. Hands‐on over Windows Defender services. End user support. End User device OS Patching using patching tool (WSUS / MECM / Intune). Remote support to other site end users. Travel within other sites of REC locations for providing support if problem is not resolved through remote services.
