About You Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience 1-3 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT support, or technical support roles. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and monitoring tools). Technical Skills Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Networking, Azure Compute, and Azure Storage. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for cloud infrastructure issues. Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI is a plus. Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and provide clear, concise support.
