Qualifications And Experience Required 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Knowledge of cloud computing services and productivity tools, ideally Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for managing sales pipelines. Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, compelling way. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Certifications in Google Cloud or Google Workspace. Experience working with SMBs or Enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound calling, emails, and social media outreach to promote Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace solutions. Where required, the candidate is expected to meet customers and drive the discussion Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and opportunities in the CRM system. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with Google Cloud and Workspace product Maintain Existing customers: You will also play a key role in managing relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs. Support Coordination: Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests, working closely with the technical support team to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifying Leads: Assess lead qualifications and conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and challenges, presenting suitable Google Cloud and Workspace solutions. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Proactively identify and recommend additional Google Cloud or Workspace products and services to current customers, increasing usage and adoption of complementary solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support throughout the sales cycle. Quotas & Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace solutions.
