Our Team
The Access team plays a critical role in securing and enabling the Mass Customization Platform (MCP), the technology backbone that powers Cimpress businesses such as Vistaprint, National Pen, and others.Access is responsible for onboarding businesses, managing users, and safeguarding the platform through robust Identity, Authentication, Tenancy, Account Management, Authorization, and Risk Intelligence and Compliance solutions. Our systems ensure that every person, service, and application that intends and is permitted to connect with MCP can do so securely and operate with the right level of trust and control.
About The Role
As a Product Manager in the Access team, you will play a key role in advancing the identity, authentication, authorization, tenancy, and compliance capabilities that secure the Mass Customization Platform (MCP) and power Cimpress businesses worldwide.You will drive the strategy and execution for capabilities that ensure secure, compliant, and trusted access across all users and systems interacting with Cimpress platforms. This includes enhancing our risk intelligence and compliance solution to proactively detect and mitigate threats, and evolving our authentication and authorization services to enable seamless and standardized access across external-facing experiences, third-party platforms, AI agents, and partner integrations.This role spans the full product lifecycle from shaping vision and defining roadmaps to collaborating with engineering, security, and business partners to deliver scalable, developer-friendly, and enterprise-grade solutions. You will be responsible for balancing security, compliance, and usability, ensuring that every access point within the Cimpress ecosystem operates with the right level of trust and control.You will work across a portfolio of foundational products that include identity and authentication services, authorization and policy controls, tenancy and account management systems, and compliance and protection solutions, giving you the opportunity to influence the broader direction of how these capabilities enable Cimpress businesses.
What You Will Do
- Own and evolve key Access capabilities including identity, authentication, authorization, tenancy, and compliance that secure and enable the Mass Customization Platform (MCP) across Cimpress businesses.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps by conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, analyzing platform adoption and usage patterns, and collaborating with internal and customer-facing product and engineering teams to uncover customer/user needs and pain points.
- Define and document product requirements through well-structured PRDs including epics, user stories, and wireframes. Translate business goals and technical opportunities into actionable deliverables aligned with Access’ platform strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption. Partner with engineering, UX, and security teams to establish clear requirements, monitor development progress, and ensure smooth releases with high reliability and adoption.
- Drive agile execution by maintaining prioritized and well-groomed backlogs, estimating story points with engineering, and running sprint ceremonies to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Collaborate across the organization with business units, platform teams, and stakeholders to ensure Access solutions meet real-world needs while balancing security, usability, and scalability.
- Champion a customer-first, developer-friendly experience by ensuring Access APIs, SDKs, and tools are intuitive, well-documented, and easy to integrate enabling internal teams and external partners to deliver secure and seamless customer experiences faster.
- Measure and improve outcomes using adoption metrics, platform performance data, and customer feedback to continuously refine product features and operational processes.
- Continuously improve both the product and yourself. Stay informed on industry trends in identity, access, and compliance, and proactively seek learning opportunities to grow your product leadership skills.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years as a Product Manager, ideally working on complex, high-quality B2B or B2C web-based products, preferably in the SaaS domain.
- Exposure to technologies in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Granular Application Access Control, Security and Compliance, Role-based Access Management, Policy-based Access Management, or Platform tenancy.
- Exposure in Risk Intelligence, Trust & Safety, or Compliance products within the e-commerce or a high-volume B2C platform.
- You prioritize understanding user and business needs and translate insights into intuitive, secure, and reliable product experiences for both internal and external users.
- Strong sense of UI/UX principles, functional design, and familiarity with tools and platforms used for product development. You are able to collaborate meaningfully with business users, engineers, architects, and security teams.
- Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve product quality and usability.
- Exceptional skills in partnership, communication, presentation, and influencing across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing AI-powered workflows, conversational agents, or AI integrations with external systems. Understanding of AI/ML considerations in authentication, authorization, and risk management.

- MBA from a Tier-1 Business School.
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social SignOn, SSO, LDAP, Okta, Auth0,Authz, OPA, Authzed, integrating with API-first products, Payment fraud, Account takeover, Sanctions/AML screening, data privacy compliances (GDPR, etc.)
- Ability to create concept wireframes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT/Electronics Engineering.
- Understanding of Data Science and its application.
