Job Description: We are seeking a Product Owner – Deposits to lead the development and enhancement of our core deposit and account management products, including Virtual Accounts, Multi-Currency Accounts, Escrow Accounts, and Cards. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in banking and payments, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for Deposit and Account Management modules, driving innovation and scalability. Define and document detailed business requirements (BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria). Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, compliance, and operations — to deliver product features on time and within scope. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and technical feasibility. Work closely with banking partners, payment networks, and internal stakeholders to enhance Cards and Account capabilities. Ensure product features comply with regulatory and accounting standards. Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to continuously improve product performance and customer experience. Support product testing, validation, and go-live activities. Maintain comprehensive product documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Deposits, Virtual Accounts, Multi-Currency Accounts, Escrow Accounts, and Card-based payment systems. Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes related to banking transactions. Proven experience in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and functional specifications. Solid grasp of APIs, integrations, and digital banking workflows.
