Junior DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

Finzly is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps team. You’ll work alongside experienced DevOps professionals to build, automate, and scale reliable cloud infrastructure supporting our BankOS and FXSTAR Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to manage source control (Git) and branching strategies.
• Assist in provisioning and managing AWS Cloud Services.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code development using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Support containerized application deployments and gain hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its core concepts.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash for routine DevOps tasks.
• Basic understanding of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus).
• Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and ambitious mindset — eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Good understanding of software development and system administration fundamentals.
• Experience working with any CI/CD tool (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
• Understanding of Application deployments to Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, ECS, FARGATE)
• Understanding of AWS Cloud Services.
• Basic exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn advanced DevOps practices under senior mentorship.

Education Qualification:

• BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience
