Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. o Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Spintly's products and services. Market Research: o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. o Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance Spintly's market position. Travel: o Willingness to travel within the Delhi region and occasionally beyond to meet with potential clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Access Control industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects. Manage projects using tools like JIRA and DevRev, optimizing workflows and tracking progress efficiently.
