Job Description: Junior DevOps Engineer

Junior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain code repositories using
Git
Build, maintain, and improve
CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
Manage and configure
AWS accounts
, IAM users, roles, and security policies
Deploy, configure, and maintain servers on
AWS
(EC2, load balancers, security groups, networking, etc.)
Assist in automating infrastructure and deployment tasks
Monitor system performance and help troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with developers to streamline and improve the deployment process
Follow DevOps best practices to ensure reliability and scalability of systems

Requirements

Strong understanding of
Git
and branching workflows
Knowledge of
CI/CD concepts
and experience with at least one pipeline tool
Practical experience managing resources in
AWS
(EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
Ability to set up and configure servers on AWS
Basic knowledge of Linux command-line and server administration
Familiarity with scripting (Bash or Python is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and explore new DevOps tools and cloud technologies
