The Role - Product Manager, App (Fulfilment Experience)
As a Product Manager in the Fulfilment Experience team, you’ll shape how customers understand and choose their delivery and collection options across all propositions. This is a critical role in making Tesco the most convenient and personalised way to shop online.
You’ll own the app experience for fulfilment, ensuring customers can:
Clearly understand their fulfilment options for different products and services.
Easily choose the right option, whether that’s slot booking for Grocery Home Shopping, Click + Collect, Whoosh, F&F Clothing, or selecting which courier whilst ordering from a 3rd party via Marketplace.
Receive personalised fulfilment recommendations based on their preferences, history, and context.
Your work will go beyond the slot selection pages, evolving the fulfilment experience to cover all propositions and deliver a seamless, intuitive journey for millions of customers.
What you’ll be doing
Define and own the App product roadmap for Fulfilment Experience, aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Simplify complex fulfilment choices into clear, intuitive journeys.
Use customer insights, behavioural data, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams across India and the UK to deliver impactful features.
Write clear, concise user stories and manage the product backlog.
Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with your squad.
Ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases through rigorous testing and stakeholder alignment.
What you’ll need
Experience building and optimising mobile app products at scale.
Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery from day one.
Understanding of iOS and Android platforms, mobile UX patterns, and app analytics.
Experience with personalisation, recommendations, or fulfilment journeys is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business impact.
Experience working in Agile teams and writing effective user stories.
Passion for solving real customer problems and delivering elegant solutions.
