Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap and innovation for Engage+, our core customer engagement product. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that drive customer adoption and business impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about martech, personalization, and AI-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Engage+, aligning with company goals and market trends in customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscapes (e.g., personalization engines and multichannel marketing hubs), and gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize features for hyper-personalization, omnichannel campaign management, AI/ML integrations, and new channels (e.g., emerging messaging apps).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories, prototypes, and actionable development plans.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, campaign ROI, user engagement metrics) and iterate based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support product launches, pricing strategies, and customer onboarding.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, customer data platforms, and omnichannel marketing to innovate and enhance Engage+'s capabilities.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in martech, CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Proven track record of launching successful B2B products and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tools like SQL, analytics platforms, or A/B testing.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable presenting to executives and customers.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma).
  • Passion for customer-centric innovation and a data-driven mindset.
