Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced and strategic Product Managers/Owners to drive the vision and execution for core Platform Engineering capabilities and critical Enterprise Application Integrations (EAI) for CLOUDSUFI Customers. This role is central to building the secure, scalable, and resilient foundation upon which all products and services operate. . Key Responsibilities

Platform Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution plan for the core engineering platform and comprehensive enterprise integration ecosystem for CLOUDSUFI customers

Stakeholder Alignment and Governance: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, enterprise architecture, security, and business units to ensure the platform and integration strategy aligns with customer’s organizational goals and compliance standards.

Platform Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the platform engineering product backlog, focusing on critical infrastructure, core services, security enhancements, and reusable integration patterns.

Enterprise Integration Definition: Develop detailed specifications, data flows, and robust APIs for complex, high-volume Enterprise Application Integrations (EAI), prioritizing scalability, security, and operational reliability.

Development Oversight: Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering teams (core developers, architects and Engineering Leads) to ensure the timely, high-quality, and scalable delivery of platform features and integration pipelines.

Performance and Stability Analysis: Define, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform stability, integration success rates, and team efficiency to drive data-informed continuous improvement.

Technology Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends in PaaS, integration technologies (e.g., iPaaS, Message Queues, Event-Driven Architecture, Service Mesh), and modern agile platform development practices.
Experience and Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to managing technical products for Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or Core Services.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related technical field.

Platform Engineering: Should have experience of managing the product developed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and must be conversant with modern engineering practices, technologies and protocols.

Enterprise Integration Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Enterprise Application Integrations (EAI). Deep knowledge of diverse integration patterns (e.g., API Gateway, Event-Driven, Data Sync).

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the platform/software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and modern cloud-native architectures (e.g., Microservices, Kubernetes).

Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and influence highly technical cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex platform concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Prioritization: Exceptional analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to strategically prioritize a platform backlog across technical debt, business value, and operational risk.

Agile Proficiency: Deep practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using standard product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).

Certifications - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any other certification on Product Management. Google Cloud certifications will be a plus.
