As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product core functionality, customer change requests, and overall support aspects of our products. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Be an expert on product functionality and customer needs, translating them into product requirements.
Guide the support team to successfully manage customer change requests.
Communicate directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions for support issues and change requests.
Collaborate with other product managers to understand overall company strategy, goals, and priorities.
Work closely with Product Owners to groom support requirements into well-defined tasks and user stories.
Collaborate with R&D throughout the product support lifecycle to ensure high quality and timely resolutions.
Own the support roadmap and communicate the business and technical rationale behind your support decisions.
Work cross-functionally to drive commitment of resources and delivery schedule for the required support services.
Required Experience:
3 years of product management experience in B2B tech solutions, with a strong preference for Fintech.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand support requirements and translate them clearly for the rest of the company.
Strong business analytical skills with the ability to assess and understand results, identify issues and solutions, and present these clearly.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with both business and technical audiences.
