Product Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead our Digital Wallets & Payments product portfolio into its next phase of growth. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving strategy, innovation, user experience, and market adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product vision, and build solutions that redefine the digital payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Ideation & Roadmap:

• Analyze global trends in Digital Wallets and Payments to define a forward-looking product roadmap.
• Lead ideation workshops with internal and external customers, foster design thinking, and develop innovative need-driven solutions.
• Define, document, and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and strategic goals

• Pitch strategic product plans to leadership and secure buy-in for key initiatives.

• Create interactive UI/UX prototypes using tools like Figma, Marvel, or InVision.
• Plan product design and feature lists, benchmark against competitors, and create market requirements documents
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards in Payments and Banking.

Product Definition:

• Provide thought leadership to create the Product Charter for the Digital Wallets and Payments platform. Define a vision for continuous improvement and enhanced consumer experience.
• Author market and product requirement documents with clear objectives, user flows, configurations, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business analysts to moderate customizations and align deliveries with the product roadmap.
• Oversee product build delivery, review testing scenarios, and communicate new features to sales and business development teams. Organize sales training sessions.
• Globalize features to fit across various markets and deployments

Product Marketing:

• Partner with marketing teams to create impactful product collaterals, briefs, and case studies.
• Represent the organization at industry events, sponsorships, and thought leadership forums.
• Author whitepapers, create developer engagement content, and oversee targeted marketing campaigns.
• Define pricing strategies for different market segments and geographies in collaboration with sales and competitor analysis.
• Drive developer engagement through APIs, sandbox environments, and microsites.
• Develop customized demo modules for large clients in collaboration with BD and engineering teams

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and quality assurance teams in an agile environment.
• Support sales teams with RFPs, product demos, and strategic pitches and ensure reliable demo infrastructure.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage change requests.
• Identify and build alliances with third-party vendors and negotiate partnerships.
• Manage legal, compliance, and licensing aspects of the product.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within FinTech, Payments, or Digital Wallet domains. .
• Exposure to large-scale transaction systems, mobile money, or banking technology preferred.
• Strong strategic acumen paired with exceptional execution skills.
• Go-getter attitude with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making with a sharp business acumen.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks in Payments and Banking.
