Senior Frontend Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision and execution of the product development team as a Frontend Lead Engineer at CLOUDSUFI, a Data Science and Product Engineering organization. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to frontend engineers, mentoring their growth, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Your expertise in frontend development will be crucial in building innovative and user-centric products. In terms of technical leadership, you will guide the frontend engineering team, mentor engineers to enhance their skills, and work with product managers and designers to define product requirements and technical solutions. Regarding frontend development, you will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable frontend applications, optimize application performance and scalability for large-scale deployment, develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, write clean and efficient code adhering to best practices, and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development. You will also be responsible for leading and managing software development projects from inception to deployment, estimating project timelines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, developing innovative solutions to complex problems, designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures, and ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of systems. The required experience for this role includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 6+ years of experience in frontend software development, proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, experience with GCP and deployment at scale, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience in Aramco or any oil and natural gas organization is a plus. Non-Technical/Behavioral Competencies include having worked with large customers in the Middle East region, particularly Saudi Arabia, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills, demonstrating effective task prioritization, time management, and internal/external stakeholder management skills, being a quick learner, and a self-starter.,
