Contribute and influence product roadmap with your technical expertise
Define and design front-end architecture to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Lead the development of user-facing features with a strong emphasis on performance, accessibility, and user experience
Build and scale a component library and design system used across products
Establish and maintain frontend engineering best practices (code quality, testing, CI/CD, etc.)
Collaborate with designers and product managers to refine UX and interaction patterns
Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions in the frontend stack

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products
Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind or similar), JavaScript/TypeScript, and React (Next.js a plus)
Solid understanding of state management, routing, and modern frontend patterns
Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
Strong eye for visual and interaction design, with attention to detail
Comfort with collaborating directly with designers in Figma or similar tools
Experience with testing frameworks
Bonus: Mobile applications with React Native or Backend familiarity (Node.js)
