Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Manager


Google Ads, SEO, and other Google Platforms (GMB, Maps, YouTube, etc.)

end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns

lead generation, conversion optimization, and maximizing ROI/ROAS

SEO, tagging, website linking, analytics, and performance tracking

keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing

seamless lead flow, conversion tracking, and attribution

Google metrics and platforms (CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, etc.)


Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)

Meta platform advertising strategy

ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp

high-quality inbound leads, re-engagement, and conversions

-      Manage budgets across Meta platforms to maximize efficiency and performance.

ad copy, visuals, and campaigns


Data, Analytics & Reporting

-      Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

accurate, organized campaign records, data management, and reports

performance dashboards

-      Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, creatives, and budgets.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

strategy, design, and CRM teams

lead quality, nurturing, and conversions

industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

performance marketing / digital growth

Deep expertise in Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

technical expertise

ROI, ROAS, revenue, and lead generation at scale

Exceptional analytical skills

data preparation, reporting, and campaign record-keeping


Good-to-Have:

CRM tools (Leadsquared, ZOHO CRM, Zenoti, etc.)

-      Familiarity with influencer/affiliate marketing as complementary growth channels.

-      Prior experience in startups, high-growth, or premium service industries.
