Key Responsibilities

Brand & Social Media Manager

• Social Media & Digital Strategy:

• Own and execute the social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and organic lead generation through data-backed strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and premium positioning across all content.

• Content & Creative Direction:

• Conceptualize and oversee brand-aligned content (visual, written, video).
• Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand creatives and campaign assets.
• Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots for marketing and brand campaigns.

• Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

• Lead influencer outreach, brand collaborations, and co-created content initiatives.
• Build partnerships with wellness, lifestyle, and premium consumer brands.
• Drive collaborative events, activations, and cross-promotions.

• Events & Community Building:

• Plan and manage brand-led events, wellness workshops, and community activities.
• Interface with partners, media, and clients during on-ground initiatives.

• Advertising & Media Coordination:

• Manage digital ad requirements (in coordination with performance marketing).
• Liaise with agencies and PR partners for campaigns, articles, and media placements.
• Oversee print/digital brand assets for campaigns, launches, and brand activations.

• Analytics & Growth:

• Track performance of campaigns, content, and social platforms.
• Deliver actionable insights to optimize strategies month-on-month.
• Ensure lead-generation and engagement KPIs are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in

  brand management, social media marketing, or digital strategy

  , ideally in

  wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer industries

  .
• Proven track record of

  growing social media platforms

  and delivering measurable brand impact.
• Strong

  content writing and communication skills

  (English, Hindi a plus).
• Experience managing influencers, agencies, and PR/media partners.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design, brand storytelling, and premium positioning.
• Highly organized with strong execution capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good-to-Have:

• Prior experience in managing brand events, launches, or celebrity/influencer campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of wellness/healthcare industry trends.
