Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing Manager


Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth while maintaining strong ROAS.


Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Continuously track, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to maximize results.


Budget Management:

  • Own and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and accountability.
  • Forecast, allocate, and adjust spend based on campaign performance and business goals.


Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content aligned with brand voice.
  • Ensure all creative assets are optimized for different platforms and audience segments.


Cross-Functional Impact:

  • Partner with sales, design, operations, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless user journey from ad click to client conversion.
  • Provide insights to inform pricing strategies, promotions, and market positioning.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in untapped channels and audience segments.


What We’re Looking For


Must-Haves:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, service-oriented retail, e-commerce, or high-growth lifestyle/consumer brands.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Business Suite

    ,

    Social Media, and analytics platforms

    (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience in scaling campaigns with significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree or further in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Good-to-Have:

  • Experience working in wellness, fitness, or premium/luxury lifestyle industries and brands is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
