Executive Vice President (EVP) – West & South Regions

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-City Operations Leadership

• Oversee and manage all centre operations across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
• Ensure seamless delivery of The Wellness Co.’s advanced therapies at world-class quality and safety standards.

• P&L & Business Performance

• Take full ownership of revenue, cost, and profitability for the West & South regions.
• Drive financial performance, optimize resources, and ensure month-on-month growth.

• Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate multi-city centre heads and teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, client-first service, and operational excellence.

• Process Excellence & Standardization

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations across centres.

• Growth & Expansion Strategy

• Partner with the corporate leadership team on expansion plans, partnerships, and new wellness offerings.
• Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives for regional business growth.

• Stakeholder Management

• Represent The Wellness Co. in industry forums, networking events, and external partnerships.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders.

• Corporate Collaboration

• Align closely with corporate office (Gurugram HQ) on planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure cross-location alignment with brand standards and strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of proven leadership in

  multi-location operations

  (wellness, healthcare, premium hospitality, or lifestyle sectors preferred).
• Demonstrated

  P&L ownership

  with a track record of revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Strong background in

  managing and scaling large, diverse teams

  across geographies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to

  travel extensively

  across the West & South regions.
• High adaptability to thrive in a

  fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment

  .

Good-to-Have:

• Previous senior leadership in a wellness or healthcare brand.
• Exposure to luxury/premium customer service standards.
• Experience with

  business expansion, partnerships, and new market entry strategies
