What You’ll Do Lead Global Operations across multiple regions with a strong focus on scale, adoption, compliance, and innovation. Own Operational Excellence — from process design to execution — managing hybrid, remote, and in-office teams. Drive Strategy Across Functions , collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery. Implement Next-Gen Technologies , including blockchain infrastructure, AI systems, and data tools to drive automation, intelligence, and performance. Design and Optimize Organizational Structures : Hire top-tier talent across global markets, build high-performing teams, and lead organizational design, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives. Embed Agile Operations into every layer of the company — fast, iterative, data-driven, and customer-focused. What You Bring 18+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries, with 10+ years in executive operational leadership . Proven track record in banking, crypto exchanges, blockchain-based platforms, or other regulated financial environments. Strong leadership managing large-scale remote and distributed teams, with 300+ people across multiple regions. Deep operational expertise across technology, finance, and process transformation. Confidence navigating scale and complexity , with a keen focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency. Sharp leadership and talent strategy skills , including experience in executive hiring, team development, and scaling operations. Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience with stablecoins, Web3 platforms, or blockchain-based business models . Practical knowledge in using AI to drive operational automation and scale . Experience working in fast-growing startups or building financial infrastructure from the ground up.
