You’ll oversee global operations across regions and teams, optimize cross-border processes, and bring world-class operational talent into the company. Your leadership will be key to scaling our infrastructure with precision, agility, and a modern mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Global Operations

  across multiple regions with a strong focus on scale, adoption, compliance, and innovation.

• Own Operational Excellence

• Drive Strategy Across Functions

What You Bring

• 18+ years

  of experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries, with

  10+ years in executive operational leadership

• Proven track record

  in banking, crypto exchanges, blockchain-based platforms, or other regulated financial environments.

• Strong leadership managing large-scale remote and distributed teams, with 300+ people across multiple regions.

• Deep operational expertise

  across technology, finance, and process transformation.

• Confidence navigating scale and complexity

  , with a keen focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Sharp leadership and talent strategy skills

  , including experience in executive hiring, team development, and scaling operations.
