Job Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Web Developer(full-stack) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our social media platforms, including both organic posts and paid ad creatives. 1. Key Responsibilities: a. Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms b. Develop engaging static and video content for social media promotions c. Work on creatives for real estate projects (e.g., project highlights, offers, floor plans, etc.) d. Ensure brand consistency across all visuals e. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals f. Optimize creatives for mobile viewing and ad performance g. Basic understanding of html and css. h. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). i. Solid understanding of responsive design & UI/UX principles g. Stay updated with latest design trends and social media formats 2. Requirements: a. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools b. Basic knowledge of design dimensions for paid ads and organic posts c. Ability to work on short deadlines and multiple projects d. Creativity and attention to detail e. Good understanding of real estate or property ads (preferred but not mandatory) f. Basic motion/animation skills are a plus (not compulsory)
