Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Performance Marketing Manager at Expert Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, managing performance-based advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), monitoring analytics to define strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves staying updated on marketing trends, providing insights, and assisting in brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
• Experience in data analysis, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and utilizing marketing analytics for campaign adjustment
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Project management, decision-making, and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills for fostering internal and external collaborations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in legal services or professional service industries is a plus
