Role Overview:

Paid Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
  1. Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across

    LinkedIn Ads

    and

    Google Ads

    targeting global B2B decision-makers.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to generate

    content syndication leads

    that meet client-defined targeting criteria.
  3. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates.
  4. Ensure delivery of leads meets client expectations in terms of

    volume, quality, and compliance

    .
Audience Targeting & Research
  1. Conduct audience research to identify

    ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), job titles, industries, geographies, and company sizes

    relevant to campaigns.
  2. Utilize LinkedIn Matched Audiences, Lookalike audiences, and Google custom segments for precise targeting.
Creative & Content Alignment
  1. Collaborate with content and design teams to create

    ad creatives, landing pages, and lead-gen forms

    aligned with campaign goals.
  2. A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and calls-to-action to maximize performance.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
  1. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and analytics tools.
  2. Maintain detailed records of

    delivered leads, rejected leads, and validated leads

    across campaigns.
  3. Prepare weekly/monthly reports showcasing ROI, CPL efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Collaboration & Client Delivery
  1. Work closely with the

    Client Delivery team

    to upload validated leads into CRM/portals.
  2. Maintain smooth communication with internal teams to ensure leads are client-ready.
  3. Monitor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in

    LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign management

    for B2B.
  • Strong understanding of

    content syndication, lead generation funnels, and demand generation tactics

    .
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and lead upload workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with

    marketing automation platforms

    (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and display networks.
  • Previous experience working in

    B2B media, publishing, or demand generation companies

    .


Performance KPIs:

  • Daily/weekly lead volume delivery vs. targets.
  • Lead acceptance rate and quality score.
  • CPL efficiency across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
