Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage and support all core HR activities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment , payroll processing , attendance & leave management , employee engagement , and employee relations . You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions on time. Conduct reference checks and documentation during onboarding. Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new joiners. Payroll & Compliance Collect and validate monthly inputs for payroll. Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal teams for accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain and update employee records related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, etc. Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT). Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records. Handle leave queries, approvals, and corrections. Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Employee Engagement & Coordination Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support HR initiatives related to communication, feedback, and team culture. General HR Operations Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy. Prepare HR MIS reports and documentation. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in policy implementation and audits. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, payroll software, and HRMS platforms. Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
