We’re looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and scale high-performing paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving ROI, we’d love to meet you!


🔑 Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, plan, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions to maximize ROI and lead generation.


  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, audience segmentation, and advanced retargeting to boost campaign performance.


  • Oversee end-to-end social media management: content scheduling, community engagement, brand storytelling, and audience growth.


  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to design conversion-focused ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.


  • Use A/B and multivariate testing to improve CTRs, Quality Scores, and conversion rates.


  • Track and analyze CPL, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns remain ROI-positive.


  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and other attribution platforms.


  • Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search rankings, user experience, and website visibility.


  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, technical health, and campaign alignment.


  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: segmentation, personalization, list management, and A/B testing to boost engagement and conversions.


  • Monitor online reviews, respond to feedback, and maintain a consistent, positive brand presence.


  • Create real-time performance dashboards and share monthly reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for data-driven strategies.


  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, emerging ad formats, and proactively integrate them into campaign strategies.


  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Creative, Content, Web Development, Student Services) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.


  • Identify new advertising opportunities, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and growth.


  • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure marketing efforts support lead acquisition and business targets.


✅ What We’re Looking For


  • 4+ years of proven experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on scaling ROI-positive campaigns.


  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising).


  • Deep understanding of PPC bidding strategies, CRO, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.


  • Experience managing high-budget, multi-platform campaigns.


  • Proficiency with tools like GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel, and reporting dashboards.


  • Up-to-date with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and ad innovations.
