Job Description

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google. Your primary goal is to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, generate leads and maximize return on investment (ROI) across these advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads to meet company objectives
  • Manage ad campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Implement and maintain proper tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and event setup across all platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
  • Additional digital marketing certifications are an added advantage
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Fair knowledge of Excel and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management
